Liver pâté as Ági prepares it



Ingredients


100 gr liver paste (tinned)
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 teaspoonful mustard
20 – 30 gr butter
1 tablespoonful sour-cream

Smash the eggs into very small pieces then mix the ingredients and stir it until it is homogeneous. Season it with salt and ground pepper.
